PET- SiO₂ , PET- SiO₂-Coating layer

 

Product features:

 

PVDC film, also known as K film ,PET film as the substrate ,inner side is coated with higher barrier PVDC or SiO₂ coating .it can be printed and laminated directly.

In addition to PET, there are a variety of substrates as alternative to improve the barrier performance such as :PP,PA ,PE film ect

 

With people's increasingly stringent requirements for the quality of packaging, the corresponding function is becoming more and more diverse. PET(PET-SiO₂) film is particularly excellent in the high barrier Packaging field because of its excellent moisture and gas resistance property .

SiO₂ coating layer is designed to replace the composite aluminum film ,especially when Packaging transparency is required .

Silicon oxide coatings offer excellent folding resistance and constant barrier properties even under high temperature conditions.

In addition it’s microwavable and has good microwave transmission property.

Due to the excellent performance, nowadays PET-SiO₂ film has become a new generation of barrier packaging material.
