PET base film + Mechanical drawing
Feature :
Brushed PET film is a kinds of film with a long brushed texture on the surface which is achieved by mechanical wire drawing. Its high tensile property can meet the requirements of large Angle bending in injection parts. Printing special ink on the drawing surface before injection molding, this process can make the final product with three-dimensional drawing aesthetic effect.
As the mechanical drawing PET film is not coated on the surface to form the drawing texture, the white defect around the key will not appear during the key embossing process.
Application :
Mainly used in home appliance panel/nameplate injection molding parts (such as: Samsung washing machine panel), refrigerator panel decoration ect.
